Geoff Pierini
CEO
Mr. Pierini’s background in health care infrastructure construction and shielding spans two decades. Geoff has an extensive background in the pre-installation construction phase of diagnostic and surgical device installations across a broad range of platforms and manufacturers. He has cultivated a specialized knowledge of the regulatory environments overseeing the healthcare and medical device industries. Geoff is the also the founder and CEO of Excalibur Group which he founded in 1995 and continues to supervise all operations, manage his executive team, and maintain close working relationships with clients.
John Vas
Coo
John has been with Spartan Shielding for more than 10 years. He oversees construction and warehouse operations, job site management, quoting and business development. John has owned a prior businesses and spent many years in the skiing industry. John graduated Lehigh University with a BS degree in Behavioral Neuroscience.
Peter W. Murray
President
Pete joined Spartan Shielding in January 2020. His background includes various executive management positions primarily in the Telecom and Energy industries. His successes at building sales organizations through business development and marketing will have an immediate impact on Spartan’s growth. He will also be focusing on automating and streamlining processes to help manage the forecasted sales in the future. Pete graduated from Rutgers University with a BS degree in Business and Economics.
Tiffany Rivera
Operations And Finance Manager
Tiffany joined Spartan in 2019. Her responsibilities include managing finances, inventory ordering, Human Resources and sales coordination. Tiffany’s past work experience includes positions as office management and accounting. She is also a licensed Notary in New Jersey.
John Tisdale
Southeast Regional Director
John oversees the day to day operations in our Florida office. His more than 20 years of construction and shielding experience have helped Spartan develop new products and develop partnerships with some of the top healthcare construction companies in the country. John owned a prior construction business prior to joining Spartan Shielding.
Tim Tisdale
Director Of Rf Shield Operations
Tim manages new sales and installs that generate from our Florida office. Tim’s extensive experience in shielding gives Spartan the onsite expertise to help diagnose problems, provide accurate testing, and manage complex renovations and new installs. Tim was also a partner in a construction company prior to joining Spartan.
